9:00 doors open, register for drawings and visit author tables /purchase books, food and drinks available
By 9:45 any Word Weaver Member must register for critique groups, also Guests can join in and observe, but must register by 9:45 as well.
10-11:30 music, poetry, narratives, and art presentations
11:30-11:45 Florida Tapestry Award Presentations
11:45-.12: 15 stroll author tables, announce critique groups, refreshments available.
12:15 -12: 30 food table cleared and authors can pack up their table or do it after critiques
12:30- 2:30 critique group sessions start
2:30- 3 pm tear down and out of the building.

Local authors are available for book purchases and signing at our vendor table area! Some of them also have art, jewelry, and other items promoting their skills and ministries!

We block out approximately an hour and a half for live presentations from local authors and song writers including poems, narratives, songs, and engaging anecdotes!

For your convenience, refreshments including coffee, drinks and water are provided, not to mention snacks, sandwiches, and an array of foods brought in by our members.
